At the end of WWII, an American Army Colonel (Liev Schreiber), stricken with a terminal disease, decides to spend a few days in Venice. While there he meets a young woman (Matilda De Angelis) who revives his hope and faith in life. Based on a book by Ernest Hemingway, this beautifully filmed drama was directed by Paula Ortiz.
