Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) Virginia Peninsula Chapter Meetings

The Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) Virginia Peninsula Chapter provides support, resources, and a welcoming community for individuals with hearing loss, as well as their families and caregivers. Established in May 2025, our chapter proudly serves the Peninsula region, including Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, James City County, York County, and Poquoson.
Our monthly meetings offer informative and empowering programs—ranging from navigating online hearing resources to presentations from keynote speakers on topics such as cochlear implants, assistive technology, and advances in hearing health.
Because our chapter covers a large geographical area, meetings are held at both the Williamsburg and Newport News locations to better serve our members. We typically gather on the third Saturday of each month, with the January meeting scheduled for the Newport News site.
