Novel Ideas – A Contemporary Book Group: “Anxious People” by Fredrik Backman (JCCL)

In April, we’ll be discussing Anxious People by Fredrik Backman.

A real estate open house turns into a hostage situation when a bumbling bank robber runs in. Over the course of the next few hours, while the hapless small town police try to figure out what to do, the hostages form a bond based on their frailties and mistakes.

We’ll be meeting at 2 pm the 2nd Wednesdays of each month at the James City County Library to read modern and classic popular fiction.
